Office Clerk

About the position

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and highly organized Office Clerk to support front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service. This position is the first point of contact for visitors and clients and plays a key role in keeping daily office functions running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take accurate messages as needed

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring prompt and helpful service

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and copying

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars

  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as assigned

  • Keep front desk and lobby areas clean, organized, and presentable

  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a busy environment

  • Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance

  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
