About the position
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and highly organized Office Clerk to support front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service. This position is the first point of contact for visitors and clients and plays a key role in keeping daily office functions running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take accurate messages as needed
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring prompt and helpful service
Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and copying
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Support various departments with administrative tasks as assigned
Keep front desk and lobby areas clean, organized, and presentable
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a busy environment
Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
