Are you an experienced SMT Operator looking for a fresh opportunity in a growing manufacturing environment? We're hiring for a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Operator to join our team in Greenville, TX. Candidates open to relocation are encouraged to apply — relocation support is available for the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and maintain SMT machines using various manufacturing software.

• Set up and perform changeovers for production runs.

• Verify PCB identification, program names, conveyor width, and solder paste application.

• Perform visual inspections of SMT assemblies for quality control.

• Troubleshoot and repair SMT equipment and electronics components, including resistors and capacitors.

• Read and follow manufacturing instructions, bills of materials, and electronic drawings.

• Maintain accurate tracking records and documentation.

• Perform preventive maintenance on SMT equipment.

• Occasionally change feeders, splice reels, and scan components.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and 6S workplace organization practices.

• Support additional production and quality tasks as needed.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience with SMT equipment and pick-and-place automated assembly machines.

• Strong understanding of electronic components, polarities, and circuit board layouts.

• Ability to interpret bills of materials, part numbers, and assembly drawings.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to small parts and detail.

• Safety-first mindset with strong organizational skills and reliable attendance.
