About the position

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring Packers, Boxers, and Tapers for a fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility. This role is essential in the final stage of the production process and involves packaging finished parts for shipment. Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment with a strong industrial glue smell and be able to stand for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and box automotive parts with accuracy and attention to detail

• Tape and seal boxes for shipment

• Ensure correct labeling and documentation of all outgoing products

• Stack boxes onto pallets and prepare for transport

• Inspect parts for quality and defects before packing

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

• Gluing parts and boxes

Requirements:

• Must be okay with strong glue and chemical odors

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move repetitively for 8+ hours

• Able to lift up to 20-50 lbs regularly

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus but not required

Work Environment:

• Industrial/manufacturing setting

• Exposure to adhesives and chemical smells (PPE provided)

• Fast-paced production line

• May require overtime based on production needs

We are hiring for all 3 shifts! Morning, Afternoon, Night Shifts available.
